Take it easy at this unique and tranquil ocean-front getaway. You can’t get any closer than this! Look over your balcony at yellow tang, parrot fish and so much more! Perfect location, situated half way between Kailua-Kona and Keahou, you have everything at your fingertips.
Your ocean-front penthouse condo is located on the fourth floor of a 4-story building where parking is on the 1st floor (even your car will have an amazing view!). Take the stairs to walk off last night’s mai tai or enjoy the free ride on the elevator. The renovated pool and jacuzzi are located in the atrium, right next to the open-air lounge, where you can snuggle up with a book or play a game with friends or family!
Inside your condo you will found all the comforts of home, including a blender, air fryer, Instant-Pot, Keurig & full-size coffee pot, coffee grinder, & toaster. We provide lots of dishes, utensils, pots & pans and even a high-chair for your little ones. There is a pack-n-play located in the master bedroom closet, as well. Don’t worry, we also provide dish/dishwasher, & hand soap, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. If you aren’t sure if you need to bring something, feel free to message me! For groceries, we suggest placing an order at Costco for delivery or Walmart for pick-up/delivery.
We remodeled the condo with comfort and function in mind. One of the RARE master bathrooms with two sinks in all of the Kona area and other modern touches throughout. And we have a split A/C unit! For the most part, you won’t even need it with the amazing trade winds, just open the slider doors on the makai (ocean) side and open the door or windows on the mauka (mountain) side and enjoy the refreshing ocean breezes.
We have cable television in both rooms, the lanai and the living room, all on smart TVs so you can sign in to any of your favorite apps to watch a movie after exploring the amazing Big Island.

The entire condo is your private oasis for your dream vacation in Hawaii! You will have shared access to the entire resort including the pool, hot tub, gas grills, guest services, open air lounge, beach, one parking space and more.

We are nestled in the heart of Hawaii between Kailua-Kona and Keauhou on the Big Island. We suggest renting a car because of all there is to see and do on the Big Island, but it’s not mandatory. Please see the section: Getting Around.
We invite you to embrace Alohas from geckos, insects, and frogs as part of your adventure as their presence adds to uniqueness and authenticity of this natural paradise. They are part of the property’s amazing environment. Just like dolphins and whales are synonymous with Hawaii, these creatures contribute to the vibrant Hawaiian natural experience and therefore it is important for us to let you know that we cannot guarantee you won’t encounter them during your stay.
Please be assured that our condo association has a system for pest control.
Because there is so much to see in Hawaii, we recommend getting a car for your stay and there is a parking spot available to you right at the condo, covered if preferred. However, if you’d prefer not to get a car, you can Uber from the airport (11 mi) and take the free Kona Trolley, an open air trolley that travels round-trip from Kona Commons to Keauhou Shopping Center via Ali’i Drive. The Kona Trolley runs seven days a week from 7 am to 9 pm. Search online for the updated schedule. There is also a bus that goes over to the Hilo side!
We have Da Poke Shack, the island’s most popular Poke and Hawaiian Plate restaurant right here in our building! Rated #1 of 145 restaurants in Kailua-Kona, they have Poke, Shrimp, Lau Lau, Kalua Pork, and even vegetarian and gluten free options. Eat there or take your plate back to your private lanai and enjoy watching whales breach (Nov-May), the famous Banyans Surf Spot, or spinner dolphins!
Even though we try to provide lots of amenities like snorkel equipment and various spices, we do not guarantee the availability. We do not sanitize items between guests, so please take that into consideration. CAUTION: The ocean can be full of beautiful but dangerous marine life. We highly suggest that you do a lot of research and be very honest about your skill level with swimming/snorkeling/boogie boarding etc. Please wear water shoes into the water at our condo and try to not step on the coral. Some things to watch for include sea urchins, sharp coral/lava and more, There are lots of more sandy beaches in the area and really easy to find by searching online where you will find locations, details, & pictures.
We don’t do mid-stay cleaning normally but if that is something you are interested in, please reach out and we will discuss if that is something we are able to provide for you.
On occasion, pest control will need to treat the unit to prevent pests from hanging out with us. If they request access, please allow them in. They use a safe non-toxic formula and the whole process is over in less than 5 minutes so it is not necessary to leave the unit while they are there.
Check-in/Check-out Times: My cleaning and maintenance team have a very limited window in which to accomplish their work of making the unit ready for you and future guests. So that they can do their best possible work and ensure a clean and comfortable stay for you, early check-ins and late check-outs are not available.
